FINANCE REPORT: Terry Horn moved that the
financial report be accepted and presented.
Fred Haynes seconded; motion carried.
2006 CONFERENCE: The Board gave the approval to
accept the Sunriver Resort proposal for 2006. A discussion was held regarding
any possible alcohol liability or responsibility the Board may have for the
hosted social held Wednesday evening prior to the conference. Thelma was asked
to check with Salishan and Sunriver and Nancy will research the not-for-profit
board of directors legislation with OLCC.
EVALUATIONS: The Board reviewed the 2004
Conference evaluations and made the following suggestions:
